I purchased a four year old pick up truck from Sims. Being that it was used it had some usual wear and tear. After the sale no matter what the issue was Sims made great on getting me comfortable and happy. I would buy another car from Sam’s anytime. I don’t live anywhere near the dealership I found a car on the lot that I liked they had it ready for me when I pulled up I did a little paperwork and drove off. You would not believe the service after the sale from this pick up truck. There used car department took better care of me in a competitive manufacturer and dealership that makes a domestic product. Trust me buy from Sims you won’t go wrong I even dealt with the owners son directly no middleman I am 100% happy and you will be too. Simms Chevrolet I’ll see you in a few years when I’m ready for my next vehicle. Outstanding 10 stars if I could give them. ~ Marc M

I'm PLEASED with Simms Chevrolet for their constant pursuit of a solution to the absolute failure of General Motors engineering group. When the Equinox was redesigned for 2025, a dealer-installed towing package was one of the options yet GM Engineering FAILED to engineer a rear bumper that provided access to the hitch (First picture shows there is no opening to access the hitch and wiring connectors). Big FAIL for GM and HUGE ACCOLADES to Simms Chevrolet for continuing to pressure GM for an engineered solution. (Second picture shows the escutcheon finally provided by GM - ELEVEN MONTHS after I took delivery of the vehicle.) ~ Joyce W

Pulled in, NO appt, and needed an oil change. SIMMS CHEVROLET and it's crew of certified ASE techs said "No problem" and I pulled into the garage have some information and was told to have a seat in the lounge. In Simms lounge customers have access to a computer and wifi, plus hot coffee and darn good snacks. FREE SNACKS $1-$3 SNACKS and their FREE. Of course i was a gentleman and only at 1 pack of cheese n crackers. Before I knew it my Trans Am had the oil changed, a FREE tire rotation, and all for UNDER $55. GREAT JOB SIMMS BOYS! ~ Johnny B

I rarely post reviews, saving them for only extraordinary circumstances. This week that was my experience with Simms Chevrolet. I was traveling from north of Clio to a conference on Monday. My time frame was tight. I stopped for gas and, as I was leaving the station, my transmission started acting up. I was not previously aware of Simms, but considered myself lucky they were just down the road. I shared my situation with Bruce, expecting to have a disappointing response. Quite the opposite. Bruce is awesome. They were able to get me a vehicle to get to the conference and even went out of the way to do some research on my destination to make sure things would be ok. While I was at the conference they were able to assess the problem, get the part, and repair the vehicle. He stayed in touch with me and I asked if, while the had the vehicle, he would also take care of an overdue alignment issue. He did so, was very transparent with costs and timeframes, and I couldn't be happier! Whether you're local or just passing through, I HIGHLY recommend Simms! ~ Jeff L

We've always taken our vehicle to Simms for service. My husband recently passed away, and Grant was very helpful with what I needed, and requested. Simms Chevrolet is always great. The personality of the associates are top notch. And service is spot on . We purchased three vehicles from them. I can send my wife or daughter there for service and I don't have to worry about them being taken advantage of. A great place to come.
